1. Personal Identification Information
YouMums may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including but not limited to when users register by Logging In, and when users subscribe to watching a webinar session; or receive a free viewing.
A user can log in to their account and view or change their user account information at any time. If a user wishes to cancel their account, they must email a request with "Cancel" in the subject line; after receiving this, YouMums will delete the user's personal information from active files.
2. How Collected Information is Used
YouMums may collect personal identification information from users to improve customer service and to help YouMums respond and support users more efficiently. By registering, the user agrees to accept and read emails from YouMums.
YouMums may aggregate information over time to understand how users as a group use the services and resources provided.
YouMums does not sell, trade, or rent or lend personal identification information to others. But YouMums may disclose information when it is necessary to comply with law enforcement, or to enforce the Terms of Use, or to protect the rights and safety of customers or others.
YouMums maintains reasonable safeguards to protect the security of users' personal data. But as no security measures are 100 percent effective, we cannot guarantee the security of your personally identifiable information.
Use of cookies or usage-tracking mechanisms or location-based tracking or plug-ins are not used by YouMums but YouMums retains the right to embark upon such upon notification at any time by a future change to the Privacy Policy.
3. Third-Party websites
YouMums does not control the content or links that appear to link to third party websites and is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by such third parties. Browsing and activity on other websites and through links is subject to that entity's own terms and policies.
4. Acceptance of Privacy Policy
YouMums may update the Privacy Policy at any time. The user acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to review the Privacy Policy periodically and learn of any modification.
By logging in to YouMums the user agrees to accept the YouMums Privacy Policy, and if you do not agree you must cancel your registration by emailing YouMums with "Cancel" in the subject line. The user's continued enrolment and use of YouMums services will be deemed to be acceptance of the Privacy Policy on the day.
In the event that the YouMums business may be acquired by a third party, YouMums may sell, transfer or share your information in connection with that transaction as part of the assets.
